Jim Kamman has over 30 years of experience as a tax attorney. Prior to entering private practice in 1990, he was a special trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service in Laguna Niguel, California, and won numerous cases in court. Reported cases include: Graham v. Commissioner, 83 T.C. 575 (1984); Homes By Ayers v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo 1984-475; Marine v. Commissioner, 92 T.C. 958 (1989); Condor International, Inc. et al v. Commissioner, 98 T.C. 203 (1992). Mr. Kamman was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review, 1974-1976, and Managing Editor , 1975-1976. He was a senior adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, 1980-1996.
